One flat monthly management fee (a % of collected rent) plus a one-time tenant placement fee. No hidden markups on maintenance. We'll send exact numbers with your free rental analysis.
Do I lose control of my property?
No. You set repair approval thresholds, approve the final tenant, and see every transaction in your owner portal. We handle execution. You keep ownership decisions.
I already have a tenant. Can you take over mid-lease?
Yes. We assume your existing lease, handle the handoff with your current tenant, and take over rent collection and maintenance immediately. No disruption.
What if my property needs repairs before renting?
We'll tell you exactly what's worth fixing and what isn't — based on 18 years of what actually moves the needle on rent. Then we coordinate the work through our vetted vendor network at volume pricing.
How fast will you lease it?
